What This App Remembers

  • Concrete pricing swings heavily with access, pump needs, finish, and demo. Use the review screen to tighten those assumptions after AI analysis.

Assumptions

  • Concrete quantity is entered directly in cubic yards. Flatwork and wall areas act as adders, not replacements.
  • Pump, line, overtime, and winter or hot-weather measures are not assumed unless written in.
  • Stamped and colored concrete is priced as an add-on to the base placement scope.
  • Rebar, mesh, vapor barrier, and subgrade prep can change after plan review or excavation exposure.
  • Frost depth, structural design, and retaining wall engineering requirements vary by jurisdiction and height.
  • ACI and local code references are guidance only. Final enforcement belongs to the engineer, inspector, and AHJ.
